If you have already changed your name you can not change it again. You can change your name once a month. The only thing you can change all the time is your color name and sig

If you changed your name once this subscription you cannot change it again until your next gold subscription.

To change your name:
> Go to the "Account" tab
> Select "Update Your Profile"
> Scroll down to "Gold Member Extras"
> Select "Yes" on the "Change Your Username?" drop-down
> Enter an available name you wish o change your username to
> Select "Save Changes"

you have to go down further it says do you wanna change your name click yes and then a box will come up letting you change your name hope I helped
