Eon wrote You might as well snag a 600/700w PSU if you're planning on upgrading.
I'll probably pick one up when I get a new card.

That's about 500 bucks. If I were you, I would get the Radeon HD 6850 and overclock it.

UK has VAT. They're prices are 20% higher + the parts supplier profit.

550W is enough for a single GPU. Not 580 or 7970 but a 6950, 6970, 560, 560 ti, 560 ti 448, 570, 6870, 6850 will run fine on these.
Also the 6930 is coming out pretty soon.

I am actually glad I am not the only one who isn't spending loads on a pc! Lol I though I was the only one who spends that much and my friend my computer has similar specs 4gb ram 500gb hard drive 3.2ghz dual core etc... and tbh it runs most games that I play for example call of duty gta 4 half life 1/2 counter strike and with no lag!

No, just wait until you have the parts or the money to upgrade it.

Thanks for the reply's guys.
But bear in mind this is a base pc. I will be upgrading it over time. I'm not planning on playing a whole bunch of 'demanding' games.
