Text Tutorial:

Step 1: Jump from the barrels that you see in the video,
towards the sign in front of the barrels with a friend
behind you knife boosting you onto the sign.

Step 2: Once on the sign, scoot over to the right side
of the sign like I do in the video, then have a person
standing behind you getting ready to knife boost you
over to the red thing in front of you as you see in the
video , then run and jump to the red thing with a person
knife boosting you at the same time

Step 3: Once over there, theres a problem.... your tactical
insertion is still on the sign across from you. Theres a
solution, have the friend get a Recon Drone before doing
any of this glitch! Ok once over to the Red thing, have your
friend with the recon drone put it over your layed tactical
insertion on the sign, then kill yourself. You should spawn
on the sign, then look over to the red thing, your tac should
be there, then kill yourself again and you should spawn there
like in the video.

Step 4: Then once that is done, plant your tac and strafe jump
to where I do in the video. Then your done! Enjoy and Please
