you can't be gifted or buy a unicorn car. you must be gifted from T10 (Turn 10) or win one in an event. The easiest way is to import 2 from F3's VIP Car Pack for 800MSP or have your save modded for the 17 to be put into your garage

They are rare cars that are even rare in real life. They are special cars that were left out of the in-game store to be placed on the AH for like 100mil credits. Due to modding and such, they are impossible to get because they now go for 999,999,999cR and T10 never puts them on anymore. The only way to get them is to mod your game and never use them online or earn them from T10 gifting them to you.
