Here, you will be prone to hacks, child pr0n (cp), viruses and more. I suggest unplugging/covering any cameras you have before you go to the deep web because hackers can actually get through your webcam from here and spy on you!

The Deep Web is like a whole new internet. It's all the bad things (and good!) that the internet doesn't want you to see. If you were to search for certain things on the normal web, Google would filter them out, but if you were to look for them on the hidden/deep web, you would find them.
The hidden web contains up to 7,500 terabytes of documents where as google contains a mere 19 terabytes! From this alone you can see how big it is... There are over 1 billion individual documents on 'the normal internet' compared to 550 billion documents on the hidden web.

In order to access the deep web you use the Tor browser in addition to the Tor extension for Firefox. This is a good starting point.

And then access the Hidden Wiki which is a small but useful reference point to start on your journey of the deep web. kpvz7ki2v5agwt35.onion

If you don't have already, download firefox at [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and once installed, search for the tor extension for Firefox.

From there, you can get the tor bundle at [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Click Start Tor Browser once you have completed the steps.

From there, you are now somewhat anonymous and can now access .onion and the hidden web.

Keep in mind that Tor is not 100% anonymous...multiple proxies are needed in addition to tor, of course a firewall and Antivirus as well. I'd disconnect or put tape over my webcam , disable javascript cookies, temp data, use ccleaner...
