As soon as I get my gaming PC, I'm gonna start making commentaries. I'm gonna use FRAPS, just one question.
How good does my computer need to be to record in 60FPS?

It mainly needs a good graphics card anything in or above AMD 6800 series or Nvidia 500 series will work GREAT and atleast a quadcore processor for games like BF3 or Skyrim

It has to be pretty good. I have AMD Athlon II x4 645 (Quad-Core @ 3.1 GHz) processor, and I can barely get 60 FPS when I record on CS 1.6. (A really old game.)
A good GPU and CPU are in order. If you can't record in 60, just record in less. Your eyes won't register any visual performance difference if it more than 30 FPS, since our eyes are incapable of seeing more than that.
