99 range and 99 defense.

Don't have 1b to spend on Pernix, so let's put a budget of 100m. MAJOR NOTE: I refuse to quest, so barrows gloves / ava's acc is out of the question. +Rep for the best help! :]

Armadyl helmet
Armadyl chestplate = 32.5m
Armadyl chain

Glaiven boots = 17.5m

Amulet of fury = 8.2m

Mercenary gloves = 48.5k dung tokens (looking for a better option since I already need 340k dung tokens for Rigour and the Chaotic Crossbow)

Chaotic Crossbow = 200k dung tokens

Unholy book = 22m ( Does this require a quest? I think it does, but the only requirement is like 35 agility which I don't mind doing )

Archers ring = 1.2m + rank 300 mobilizing armies or something to up it.

Aura = What would be the best aura?

Cape = Fire cape? or...?

Glavien boots or ranger boots? Don't know what Glaiven boots are. Choose which is better.

Fury: No, amulet of ranging, unless pking to spec or something.

Chaotic crossbow: Hell yes!

Archers: Yes

Book: Needs 'Horror from the deep' quest, rather hard imo.

Yes to gloves i s'pose, just dung a little more.

Cape: Fire cape.

Aura: IDK.

"Horror in the deep" is not a hard quest at all. You just need 30 agility and a relatively high defence/magic level.

After 30 agility you can use the item "Summers pie" to raise your agility level by 5.

Why amulet of ranging over fury? The +15 is better than +10 obviously but the fury is unmatched for defense.

Also, aren't Glaiven boots better than ranger boots?

and what's an obsidian capes stats?
