why wont my you tube work this comes up when i click it Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Try clearing you browser cache by going to the settings in your browser.
If this doesn't work, try resetting your router.

Happened to me before
I had to go to internet tools, connections, lan settings, and tick or untick the box.. depends on if its ticked or not.
Then it should work I hope so.
