this deffo works on ps3 dunno about xbox but it probs does
step 1 - create a new player making sure he is born in 1987 and his overal has to be 82 make sure that he is all that or it DONT work.
step 2 - save the player and go to game modes and start a new manger game with the same team that your player is in. when u get to the diffacalty menu change squad uses to current customised.
step 3 - press advance and then again till you get to the main bit go to transfers and go sell players your created player should be at the top selling at 123,000,000 and wage 140,000.
its as simple as that

Could just google MattWidz fifa 12 career mode
and you will get a mediafire link where you can then just download it and mod your MM file by using USB in about 2 minutes.
Simple as that.
