Well technically the account will never get unbanned, but if you're lucky enough to get on chat and can get an advisor that will remove your gamertag from your banned EA profile you will be alright to play as usual.
Just a note though....GOOD LUCK getting that to happen. May as well not try and just make a new account.

I doubt you'll ever get unbanned, you'll just have to make a new account!
