Why does it matter? You both are good. Anyone who can get in a top 30 SLB team is good. In my opinion, Jinzo is better because of the fact that he is in Instinct and your not. Payed or not, he is still good

When vT was around, I didn't know Jinzo. I was what you call a random.
But, either way you look at it. That's the past. We are focusing on the present, and the future. Not what is behind us, Jinzo managed to get in a clan. At this point, if we were to compare the two of you. Jinzo may surpass you in skill. In the past, you may surpass him in skill. But, we are talking about right now, current events that are happening. And at this point unless I get proven otherwise, I have to say Jinzo is the better of the two. But, if we were to go to the past. You MAY be better.
