Not a good deal at all. We don't know the case, it has a small HDD, liquid cooling is pointless.
You should build a PC yourself instead.

The case is a half 9 32, The reason I'm getting a small hard drive is because he's keeping his old one and I'm buying a new one and there getting VERY expensive. I don't need a big hard drive

Depends on what you uses are
Gaming ehhh not so much
Surfing Web Sure why not
8 GB RAM (2x2GB) (1x4GB)= 3 Sticks= Single Channel RAM = Slower
Pretty High End Mobo with baddddd specs
And the liquid cooling is futile with a
AMD Phenom x4 3.47Ghz
XFX 5770
not like anything will blow up using the stock coolers
Really 750 Watt PSU?
i only got 650 Watts i5,Gtx 560 TI
I really Recommend that you do NOT buy this
EDIT i added up the things that you listed and came out to be around 680$ (came out about 630$ but without HDD and estimate 500gb not that much) so hes making 70$ profit for a used comp
