Hey guys.
I basically have a bitch of an Ipod touch, it's a 16gb 1st gen. To start I've had it sitting on the shelf for a few months, untouched, then recently I thought I'd use it to listen to some music etc, ya know the drill haha. So I go to turn it on, it won't, so I try to charge it up but it won't so I plug it into iTunes and put into restore mode, the restore seems to be going okay until the install files are unpacked and the device resets, as the Apple logo comes onto the screen the device just cuts out, a few minutes later an error message will appear saying error 1611 or 1604, and does this every time...
Any suggestions?

Try using a different USB port, if that doesn't work then reinstall iTunes. That should do it.

Tried literally all of that, different usb port older version of itunes, reinstalling the lastest version, using a new pc...everything :L

Download tiny unrealla and start TSS server then try and restore while the TSS server is running
