There are no mods for Gears of War 1, 2, or 3.
Only glitches & hacks.
So the best way you want your level increased is by having someone who is willing to glitch you or hack you up the levels.
But don't start randomly trusting someone with your account,
ask for a dummy account to do it & look around the Gears Forums Tuts. Stickies or on youtube to learn how to glitch or hack your own account to level up in Gears.

Well their actually are mods for gears of war if you have a jtag. If you got a jtag and want them message me and ill give them to you.

GoW1 does have mods, but you have to find someone with a jtag. I doubt anyone still does those lobbies, and even if they do, it's beyond pointless.

You could just play legit though. Oh well, I love smacking glitched level 100's around anyway, so do what you want. Just be prepared to lose since you will go against better players =).

What these guys failed to tell you that there is a modding too that offers what you want. It is called HORIZON. Its actually in the Sticky part of this section. Check that out and maybe you could purchase the tool. I think its only $4.99 or something. Very cheap and very fun.
