Ok so i have jailbroke my ps3 on geohot's 3.55 cfw and when i try to do a data transfer to my up to date ps3 on the 4.11 update it doesn't transfer and it says "ethernet not connect or ps3 is not turned on" and i have an ethernet cord connected to both ps3's any help ?

Make sure nothing in blocking the slot for the ethernet cord to fully go in. Blow in it to get rid of any dust. and Check if you are correctly data transfering.
