Ok so first things first.

Alright final step is to wait for a EA Support Employee to assist you.

Alright when in chat he might ask for your Name, Email, and your Gamertag. Don't be afraid to answer these questions.
The first thing you might want to say is, "Hello, I recently received a download code for Battlefield 1943 and it said it was used already." That's just an example but this one sounds believable. You could say something like that. And when he ask for the code give him this one, DQR8W-K7HKJ-JC4QP-4KT8M-8HKWQ. When he ask's where did you get the code from say something like this, "I recently purchased a new copy of BFBC2 Ultimate Edition from Electronic Arts on Amazon." It might work the first time. But if it doesn't just say, "Thanks for the help anyways." and they will give you a 15% off code for Origin. Then leave the chat and go try again. Make sure not to do this alot or EA will notice something. This might take a couple of tries but hey its Battlefield 1943.

I can verify this works. I've gotten two codes so far, one for me and one for a friend. I posted proof in the other thread, but might as well post it here too so people see that it works in this thread.

I don't know of that happening to anyone doing this reasonably, and this method of obtaining DLC and arcade games from EA isn't new. As long as you're not trying to get like 10 copies from the same EA account and what not, I think you'll be good.

if you bought bf3 on ps3 then you get 1943 free. just contact live support and ask them ...no need to lie

i don't know why this is happening but no one is willing to give me a code for nothing,i've seen some people who were issued a code immediately after they contacted.
