I found a way to level up marksman pro any gun no attachments needed.All you have to do is hold in the left stick while standing still and kill someone and it counts towards Marksman pro.I don't know if anybody already found this if so I take no credit.

Think he meant that you dont have to use a sniper and hold breath. For instance, use kick on an ACR, yet still hold in LS and it counts..
