what should i train on my atk is 71 str is 69 and def is 66 ??? and i got abyssal whip and d boots and platyelegs and zammy platebody and d longsword ???

Them zombie things when you enter canifis, forgot what they're called.
But I'd advise holding off till double Xp weekend, if you want to train str, use D scimmy.

I have loads of member objects of when I was a member but I'm not any more is there a way to sell them!

You will have to purchase members again, I also had that issue a while back.

Alright. How do you get back a hacked account which i spent around 4 years on that maxed out everything and has 2 bil.

The only way to get is back, is by resetting your password. But you can only reset you password if you have set an email for that account.

They completely changed email,password and pretty much everything.
