call of duty wise its a 24 killstreak (gun only) which emps the enemy, and kills the entire enemy team...
if your talking about irl, its a high altitude explosion which has a blast radius that reaches the ground, but it also scatters electrons in the air, speeding them up and causing them to fall to earth and mess up electronics.

Wrong. If you have hardline/ specialist perk on then you will get the MOAB at 24 kills. Just thought i would correct you
