I want to know if there is a way to get past this GT problem!

The problem is that i want to use a gamertag but xbox says that the gamertag is in use and i went to add that gamertag as friend and it said that this gamertag does not exist.

Does anyone know if there is a way that i can change my gamertag to the one i want?

That means that GT isnt allowed

My guess would be, Its been used but there live hasnt been updated or Its not aloud to be used.
