hmmm.. did u try to restart ur computer? if that didnt work.. ur computer might be lagging real bad restart then open it tell me if that works..

You probably updated it without it being a legitimate copy, or it contacted the servers and shut down your copy of it.
Just uninstall and re-install it, and make sure to block the contact/update server from adobe.

Its either u download the Newest version or not.
