There is a big argument over if this is a script mod or not so I'm not sure yet, but from what I see it works online.
BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD KNOW THIS:
The only mod this gives you is a gravity mod, if you get hit, shot, or even jump, you can't come back down. It would be in your best interest not to burn a disk of this, this is just showcasing more than anything. But if you have a JTAG then feel free.

Apologize for the quality/sound so bare with me.
GTA IV - Gravity Script Online Multiplayer XBOX 360.
Replace Scriptdotimg in GTA ISO / common / data / cdimages / scriptdotimg
*Notice the clean file size of the scriptdotimg is 15,212,544 bytes and the modified file size is 15,224, 832 bytes. When replacing the file you will get a pop up in Xbox Backup Creator "Replacement file is larger than entry an may overwrite data and cause corruption". Don't worry about that just click okay and replace and burn.
Be sure to clear cache.
When in single player on your controller press DPAD down + X and it will display "Gravity OFF" which is really ON. to disable it press DPAD down + Y. Make sure before you enter a multiplayer game it is set to Graity OFF.

Well, sort of, the only mod this gives you is low-gravity. But you can't enable/disable it while in multiplayer, you can only disable/enable it in singleplayer, but if you disable gravity in singleplayer and go into multiplayer, you will have no gravity.

Well, they can see you floating upwards, but it doesn't effect them.
