Well it is kind of, the fact that you unlock and complete Feather Weight before you even unlock Dead Silence Pro is a glitch to an extent.

No, Feather Weight is a challenge you unlock by getting Dead Silence Pro. You still have get Dead Silence Pro the normal way (by completing some other challenge). This is just telling that you that you can start completing Feather Weight before even unlocking Dead Silence ;).

Yeah but it helps when you prestige, you can easily go up 5 or so levels in less time than playing Team Deathmatch or something similar . And for the most part you won't have to worry about someone killing you .

Just tested it and yes they do. They won't list it as the third perk but try giving yourself fall damage and you'll notice you won't get any. And I know this because while I was testing it I finally completed challenge Feather Weight.
