So i'm new to skyrim and having problems, when I go into windhelm I fall through the map! And also when i'm going the before the storm mission it tells me the door to go into whiterun kingdom is locked, any help?

reload the save. restart game. mod game to where you have all the keys.(go to my how to make a dev room post below yours if you want to do it this way).
