I had a similar problem dude, except when I plugged mine in, it wouldn't turn on. You know the USB that you have to plug into your computer to record? Well, I had to plug that into my computer to give it like an extra power boost, weird right? Well, your best bet would be to return it to where ever you bought it from and get a new one because that's what I had to do. Hope I helped.
