I have tried everyrhing that I have come across, but I keep getting an error message when trying to restore it. I'm on firmware 5.0.1 and it's jailbroken.

Help?

Have you plugged it into the computer? It might be bricked...

Download 5.0.1 IPSW click CTRL when in iTunes click restore and load your firmware and it will reload

Also, it turns on but it's like stuck doing an on and off loop?

Any suggestions for that?

I've downloaded the IPSW and done ctrl + clicked the file but I still get an error.

Please someone help me

hold the home and power buttons untill it goes to the apple logo thats if u dint all ready try that
