If you have a Windows installation disc you get the option to format your HDD, even add/delete partitions.

You have to boot with the disc.
1. Enter your BIOS setup
2. Set your CD/DVD as your primary/first boot device
3. Insert the Windows disc
4. Save changes and restart
It will tell you to press a key to boot from the disc. Press a random key and let it run.

It won't BSOD if you boot to the disk, if that's what you're talking about. Anyway, what's your error code? You may not even need to re-install.

Believe it or not, those numbers are telling you exactly what went wrong with your system. What are they, exactly? If you Google search the error code, you might be able to find out what's wrong and fix it.
