Is this normal get paralyzed in your sleep so you know your sleeping but you can't move or do anything cause just happend 2 and im beginning to get scared

Yes it's quite common actually. It's called sleep paralysis. We were talking about it in my spanish class today too
I don't know why it happens though.

its called sleep paralysis its completely normal.. youll be fine as long as you dont freak out when it happens..

It's called "Sleep Paralysis" research a bit about it. Don't worry it's very normal. Ignore the people who say it isn't.
