uhm well it could be both ok and a problem

1st: It is ok for this to happen but im not sure how you would figure this out if you talking about going to sleep in one postion and waking up in the same postition then yes i imagine your fine because i am the same way.
2nd: It could be bad because usually when you are paralyzed and some how you move (i mean like say your paralyzed and you get thrown of a chair onto the floor) then something verybad could happen to you so in my perspective this could be both ok but at the same time bad

I wouldn't be scared when i knew there were people around me but now i was by myself in my room and it felt like someone was starting at me
