For example I currently have an aver emachine(which is why I looking for a new laptop emachine is shit that I got like 4 years ago) and I'm looking to get a gaming computer soon after I save the money, so what I'm wondering is when I get the Alienware gaming computer (looking to get an M11X) will the hard drive out of the emachine can I swap it into the Alienware?
Sorry if this topic is confusing I'm typing on an iPad so I have little words to describe what's going on

If they both use a 2.5 HDD then they should both work.
I've swapped harddrives out of laptops a few times, never had problems.

Any 2.5" hard drive should fit.
The only thing hard about fitting it is if you damage the rear of it.
If you go slow and careful and use a small flat screwdriver and gently pry the cover off then you shouldn't damage it.
You might find it a bit difficult to pry the cover off but as you lift each section and place something thin and flat under it and move down to the next section then it will eventually come off.

doesnt matter what you do with it once its open... its the opening that voids it

Unless on the bottom of it, it has a little flap/removable cover so you can remove the hard drive without taking the whole thing apart i know most laptops support this with ram but unsure about hdd.... both mine HP and sony vaio have to be fully opened to get the hdd out

It doesn't seem like any stickers need to be removed, a portion of the case needs to be but it looks like it should be fine.
