First, I go to see what the argument is about. See who is at fault, if there is anyone at fault, and resolve it. Whether it be a verbal warning, a temporary ban, or perma-ban. If it can be internally resolved such as just a simple argument, I will make sure it is resolved in the way with most ease.

First, I make sure they are hacking. From reading the rules, I know it is not allowed. I will warn them first, and kind of like 'spy' on them for a while, see if they go for 'particular' blocks, and if suspicious activity continues, they will be off of the server.

I keep my cool, and remind them the rules say to respect admins/higher powers. If they continue to piss me off, I will make sure they are smited by the power of the Gods!

I want staff because I've seen the server, and it is at a very good point. I would like to take it to the next level. I am a creative designer as well as builder. I have admin'd on other servers, but unfortunately, the servers were shut down for unknown reasons. I am currently a part of 3 different servers and would greatly enjoy to make this one a better experience for everyone who chooses this server. i am very well spoken, and never cocky about anything. Any bans/warnings I issue are for fair reasons and I never get out of line. Thank you for your time
