I want to start making trickshot montages with my clan. Im either getting the original HDPVR or GAMING EDITION HDPVR does anyone know wich one is better? or differences? Please someone help me.

the gaming edition is good but if the normal version is cheaper then buy that

I have the gaming edition. I chose it because of the cooler colour, both of the light it produces and the top of the PVR is black rather than grey on the normal one. Also it comes with cables that are necessary to connect your Xbox/PS3 to your PVR which do not come with the other one. Also it has software slightly better for editing montages as you specified.

No they dont. I have the gaming edition and well..they do but they also stop the lag on your clips.

HDPVR records in 59fps which editors like where as the gaming addition records in 100 fps and nobody really knows how nice they are to edit montages with because not many people have them.

exact same except come with extra cable tbh and the top case colour and the green leds

+ use sony vegas + ae for edits ;)
