Does your computer have a switch on it to allow internet access if so check that.
Is the firewall blocking incoming connections? also check that
If your at your house on wifi try unplugging the motem and plugging it back in after 30 seconds to a minute.
hope i helped good luck.

try unplugging your router/modem for a minute, then plug it back in and see if it establishes a connection then

My parents had a similar problem. They could connect with a computer but others couldn't. Then it finally just did not allow anyone on it. Made them mad enough and annoyed that they went out and bought a new one.
I tried everything I could to fix it. No luck.

if there is a key on your keyboard that looks like a wifi tower click that but if there is a switch at the front or at the sides then switch it and it will work

Check the wifi card..
Restarting your cpu & router would fix this.
Or you can make sure ur wifi card is working by going to control pannel & looking
For wifi __, it may say card or chip.
