Wait? you put jtags in consoles? You should search google, build up your knowledge before trying to make a modding team. Im going to be blunt, you know barely nothing about modding/coding or what a coding language even is. It is vital you know some c+ and PPC if your going to get modding. Start of somewhere simple then build up your skills in a pace that suits you.
