So I have my xbox slim its Rgh and the dvd drive is modded so when I flash back to retail nand it reads and plays games fine. when it has the rgh nand it just goes to black screen and then back to dashboard anything im doing wrong ? the drive is on lt+3.0 and the dash is 14719

Make sure the DVD key and osig match for both nands. If you changed kvs , there's your issue

yep I changed kvs so that my original one does not get banned if connected accidently

Thats your issue. After swapping KVs, open up your RGH nand and put in the correct dvd key. You can use 360 flash tool to do this or Jrunner
