I've been using this heavily modded save for a while now, and thought I'd share

You will start off in CIDHNA MINE underneath Markarth
it has tons of arrows,

Greybeards hood/robes/boots in the pop up favourite menu,
Main Quest DONE
Every item you'll ever need in the bedroom of your WhiteRun house
Every Location UNLOCKED
INFINITE HEALTH/MAGICKA/STAMINA
NOCTURNALS ROBES in the pop up favourite menu
Ring of Hircine
Gold necklace if Invisibility
ALL SHOUTS/SPELLS (including dev) already unlocked, dragon souls are there, but not needed
ALL SKILLS PERKS UNLOCKED
INGOTS ETC IN WHITERUN HOUSE
