I have an iPhone 4 on IOS 5.0.1 ,it is jailbroken, and I was wondering if I should Update to 5.1 for the Siri?

No it is not worth it. You will not have Siri if you update, it is just Siri dictation which isn't too useful. Wait for an untethered jailbreak to update to iOS 5.1.

You shouldn't but if you do restore first or it will f up your phone

you can get siri if your iPhone if you have a jailbroken device. so why update?
