I see that the 35$ send-in special include

-Custom Thumbsticks and Dpad
-Custom buttons
-Custom LEDs

Will these be installed on the controller or are we going to have to implement them on our controller our selfs?

It is a send-in service. We do the installation.

35$ bucks for all that,and installed is a pretty good deal.
