it seems TTG has concidered my problems an "Unuseful" post and it has been deleted. well thamk you all to those who have helped. and to the person/people who had contributed to my post being deleted..shame on you, a person with a serious problem seeked the help/support from my fellow gamers and/or TTG members:/
