You really arnt supposed to post stuff like this on TTG, if you really want to know go to HF, it will get answered there, and It kinda is possible by somone's last name and ip they can trace the ip... see what city's are around there use your last name and yea, but thats if there good, i dont know alot about things like this but yea go to HF, for better answer's


Edit: Better Explained: They can use that Information, to pull up more, and more, so yes but i really wouldnt be woried unless the person really hates you and is good at things like this
