well there are a lot of people that are not thinking about our nation(U.S). our defecate is tremendous if we start worrying about world issues, and problems in other nations then our defecate will raise even more leaving less money for national security, education, police, and a whole heap of things that would make us fall into chaos, and to tie this in with a pressing issue everyone who is posting about this kony 2012 mumbo jumbo this has been going on for 26 years and now is when everyone starts making a big deal abut it. they are worried about morals instead of thinking about the survival of our nation why not focus on helping the economic stand point?

dont be like "ohh no this topic again because that is very uncalled and not relevant in terms of feedback"

You simply cannot compare LEDC's like Uganda and other less economically developed countries to America. That is why America and the UK care so much about other countries. We are fine, if we go bust (unlikely), but loads of countries would bail us out, the UK government takes more private bribes than a stripper and the US i'd imagine has many other deals.

Countries like Uganda (I use it because you referenced Kony) don't have anyone to help them, other than UN Aid, that is why our countries care so much.

Edit: + I see your point about our natural nature to help other countries so much, but I guess that's just human. Civillians urging governments, and they don't want to look bad in the public eye, so they abide. If Uganda had any money, they would probably try to help other countries also (if their government wasn't corrupt)

I understand you stand point and let me offer this as a rebuttal the U.S has stood into most of the places Europe,Afghanistan,Iraq,Vietnam and for what? for morally right reasons? Wrong because of economic reasons. why would the U.S help out with Uganda if it is not harming the economic benefits of the u.s at the moment?

If we stopped focusing on other countries problems this country would be in such a better condition then it is now. Look how much money we have spent in the last 10 years alone. During Obama's presidency our debt has gone up five trillion more dollars. Now picture how much we have spent between 2002-2009. If we have spent that money on creating more jobs here in the U.S. instead of the war, we would not be in the economic recession we are in now.
