Put Xavi where Rooney is, move Fabregas along as well. sell Richards and Kompany and buy Pique and Alves. Then buy Ashley Cole or Evra to link up with Rooney ;)

You should get Iniesta and swap him for Fabregas to get a bit more pace in your team + his dribbling is amazing
