It does have freeze cars, but if you don't use them they won't freeze

Only you can see it, but others can use the cars and they won't freeze

No the cars won't be there at all

Ok what happens? You try to get it to the desktop and it won't let you extract it?

This is much better than the sticky because the sticky, all it does is just give you a TUT on how to download and it doesn't actually show you how to replace the files. And this one does.
