It doesn't matter how much, but you should be fine. Also I would put one game at a time every other day just to be safe if you keep modding it, but I dont recommend it.

I don't think 2000 is that big of a deal (not enough to get you banned at least.) But it depends on how many games you have. On my old account i had 35000 legit Gamerscore with like 200 games (i had Gamefly.) I ended up modding like 10 games to 1000 gamerscore and i didn't get reset until about 7 months later when i had to call Microsoft to get something fixed.

Oh by the way, you won't get banned, you will get your Gamerscore reset and you won't be able to earn achievements that you've already unlocked previously.

So JS if I ever need to call Xbox they will be able to find out if I modded my gamerscore? Well that fails XD

Well i don't know if it was them for sure, but when the guy from Xbox was talking to me he was looking at my profile he said "Wow you got a lot of perfect games here!" and i just said yeah then like a week later my Gamerscore got reset.

I modded mine to 600,000 a while ago.

I think it's patched.

I Had 16k for a 2 months got banned, modded it too 21k and i still have it and its been almost a year

Not likely for only 2000 Gamerscore.
