Can someone tell me why it wont let me bypass i followed youtube video and done it all right!

Use elite mossy patch blocker.... the others one didnt work for me, and when it says use the ip address in the patch blocker dont. instead use this 216.155.139.115 port 3128 <---- tpe that in PATCH BLOCKER AND ON PS3 PROXY SERVER (:
