For those who don't know what one is it's an ingredient. It can be used to make potions at an Alchemy Lab as part of Alchemy. It can also be used to make Daedric weapons which are the best in the game. It's very hard to find them but I'm going to say where you can always buy them from.

Go the college of winterhold, their will be a elf their called Enthir, he must be met in his room on the second floor of the Hall of Attainment (first room on the left). You will lose the option to barter with him if he fails to approach him before the College of Winterhold questline is completed. He sells 2 at a time and they cost around 700 gold each.

If you want him to keep getting them in stock quickly then do this. Buy 2 Daedra Hearts, once you've bought them, save your game. After saving it, kill him then after that reload your game, this means you have the 2 you bought and he will have another 2 on him, much quicker than waiting 24 hours!
