I just bought I Pinnacle Dazzle DVC100 and I just wanted to ask, when Im recording, will it lag my game while im playing?

Your dazzle will not lag the game in any way, but there is a lag on your computer but its not a big deal because your not playing through your computer hopefully.

NO it shouldnt do make a test video before you do anythink good...
