What do you mean, really wow? If you set up a competitive roster I would only need the gamertag to play on... Why waste money..

You should only change GT's once you've been together for a while and can actually all play and get along together well.
Send me a message on here when you're team is trying out people/Playing Pubs/scrims and I'll gladly play with you guys. I probably wont join as a long time member though.
