I can't get .net framework no matter how hard I try. I have tried repairing it, It successfully repaired it, but it still won't work. Any suggestions?

Tried that already. Says it already on my computer. Tried repairing it but still won't work.

Control panel> uninstall programs/programs and features> Click on .NET framework and uninstall.
