Hi guys, have any of you been scammed by GAME before? Well, i have. The other day i downloaded a code for 2100 MS points and they usually instantly email the code, or the code is visible straight after you buy it. They also said the code should be with you between 24 hours. None of that has happened. So i emailed customer support and they said it will take them 48 hours to reply, it has been 3 days with no reply, and GAME have not refunded me.

Has GAME scammed you before?

i only buy points on xbox so this never happens or off ebay

Yeah i used to buy codes of Xbox, but they disabled me from buying them. 'because of fraud'

I has happened to me before. There is probably "a problem with your payment" and you will get refunded soon.

You probaly didn't get scammed post proof. Also maybe they are technical issues at the moment.

You got unlucky. You weren't scammed. They are a multi million dollar company. Do you honestly think they'd be stupid enough to scam?
